A restaurant in Trastevere, just a 5-minute walk from Piazza Trilussa. The place is very large, clean, and comfortable, with a classic Roman trattoria-style decor.
The owner, Nazmul Islam, greets customers personally with a smile; he is empathetic and very polite. The staff is kind and friendly, and the chef is Roman.
The appetizers we chose were fresh and tasty. Finally, zucchini flowers without anchovies! Nazmul explained that he usually has them prepared without anchovies, but if requested, he can have them made with them. Our first courses—strictly Roman—were well-presented and delicious. Out of curiosity, we also ordered a dessert, which was also good.
Overall, the menu offers a variety of Roman dishes and a decent wine list. Prices are affordable. I absolutely recommend it!

We dined at this restaurant twice during our vacation. The place is located in a very beautiful and quiet area of Rome. The owner was immediately friendly, accommodating, and helpful.
For appetizers, we tried the ricotta with mustard, the parmigiana, and the Roman-style artichoke—everything was delicious, flavorful, and well-prepared. For our main pasta dishes, we had the carbonara and amatriciana; they were truly excellent with generous portions. Our expectations were fully met, if not exceeded.
We also had the chance to taste the tripe and Roman meatballs, both exquisite—the meatballs, in particular, were truly special. For dessert, we tried the coffee panna cotta (the chef's specialty) and the tiramisu; everything was very good. A restaurant that truly stands out, not just for the food, but above all for the staff. The owner and the chef are two wonderful people. When we return to Rome, this will be a mandatory stop!

We booked through The Fork, taking advantage of a 50% discount on the menu. We were more than satisfied: well-made traditional Roman dishes and kind, attentive service.
Unfortunately, they had run out of Roman-style artichokes (carciofi alla romana), but they informed us immediately and we chose something else. They also only had one small portion of puntarelle (chicory shoots) left, so they kindly offered them to us for free.
The Gricia was spectacular, and the saltimbocca too! It’s a shame there weren't more puntarelle—we could have eaten them forever! The fresh artichoke salad they suggested was also excellent. I recommend everything, and the pistachio tiramisu was truly delicious!
